Every product we build was born from a problem we lived firsthand — in the lab, in the field, and in everyday life.
As a university professor, our founder saw firsthand that faculty searching for great graduate students and postdocs had no reliable platform to do so. Meanwhile, the most qualified candidates — lacking exposure — watched their dreams stall. We are building the platform that closes this gap.
